Key Features:

  • The Document Library allows users to upload key files such as Order Forms, Price Lists, Computer Downloads (patches, updates, etc.) to secured libraries for easy sharing.
  • The Knowledge Base allows users to enter important information, post product information, share best practices, training materials and frequently asked questions. Supports attachments as well.
  • The Expense Module allows employees to enter and maintain their expense reports and submit them for approval to their supervisors and managers. Also integrates with the Accounts Payable system to minimize duplicate data entry.
  • The Attendance Manager allows the organization to easily view and monitor employee vacations, vacation requests, attendance including sick time, medical and compassionate time and overtime.
  • Shared Calendars means that company-wide due dates, critical events, upcoming order shipment requirements, incoming PO’s, and other information is displayed in an easy to use interface.
